You don't need an account
You can browse every guide, take the questionnaire, and see your recommendation without signing up or giving us an email address. Your questionnaire answers stay in your own browser unless you choose to send them to us with a help request.
What we store when you ask for help
Only what you type into the help form: what you're trying to do, what's stopping you, optionally your phone and carrier, and the contact detail you'd like us to use. We use it to reply to you.
What we store when you join the movement
The setup you chose, roughly where you are, and anything optional you added. Any email address you give is stored separately from the public entry and is never displayed. City names are only shown when enough people in that area have joined; otherwise only the wider region appears.
The assistant
Questions you ask the assistant are sent to a language model to generate an answer. Don't include information you wouldn't want processed by a third party. Nothing from that conversation is attached to a help request unless you explicitly choose to include it.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't run advertising trackers. We don't build profiles for marketing.
Removing your information
Ask us and we'll delete your movement entry or support request. No explanation needed.
